Payment and Cancellation Policy for Online Scheduled Consultations

 

1. Payment Terms:

By scheduling an online consultation with a lawyer through Delgado Entertainment Law, you agree to the following payment terms. The consultation fee is set at $495 per hour, payable in advance.

 

2. Payment Methods:

3. Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your scheduled consultation, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. 4. Refund Process:

If you cancel your scheduled consultation with at least 24 hours' notice, we will process a full refund of the consultation fee to the original payment method used. Refunds will be issued promptly within a reasonable time frame.

 

5. Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will be subject to a $50 fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. If cancellation occurs within 3 hours of your appointment, no refund will be issued.

 

6. No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without providing any prior notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. No refunds will be provided for no-show appointments.

 

7. Rescheduling:

8. Consultation Duration:

The scheduled consultation will have a duration of 60 minutes. If the consultation ends before the full 60 minutes, no partial payment or refund will be offered. The consultation fee is based on the scheduled duration, and any unused time will not be eligible for reimbursement.

 

9. Discretionary Refunds:

In exceptional cases, where unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the scheduled consultation, you may contact us to explain the situation. We will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis and may exercise our discretion to provide a refund or alternative resolution.

 

10. Payment Disputes:

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the payment or refund process, please contact us at admin@delgadoentertainmentlaw.com .We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

 

11. Modification of Payment Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this payment policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on DelgadoEntertainmentLaw.com. It is your responsibility to review the payment policy periodically for any updates or modifications.

 

By scheduling an online consultation and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the payment and cancellation policy outlined above.
